The Association of Governmental Risk Pools (AGRIP) announced that Cheryle Mangels,ARM, has been chosen to serve as President of the organization for a two-year term of office. Ms. Mangels is the Executive Director of the Colorado School Districts Self-Insurance Pool. (CSDIP)
